POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee and optimize both administrative operations and PRO functions at a boutique, high-quality interior design and turnkey contracting firm, recognized for delivering tailored, award-winning projects across residential, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
2–5 years in PRO or administrative roles—preferably in construction, fit-out, or MEP industries in Dubai.
REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in UAE labor laws, licensing, visa procedures, and engineering authority approvals.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), document management, and familiarity with multi-department coordination.
