Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred
Responsibilities

Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and vendor communications
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and delivery tracking logs
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate office supply replenishments
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE labor practices
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and internal review
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
