You’ll assist in developing manpower plans, creating Construction Execution Plans (CEPs), and aligning work breakdown structures (WBS) with project schedules and controls. In procurement and logistics, you’ll coordinate deliveries, manage rentals and vendor relations, and track costs and resource availability.
This role also requires strong communication and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records of budgets, POs, change orders, and vendor interactions. You’ll provide administrative and field support by assisting with submittals, safety documentation, billing, closeout packages, turnover packages and participating in project and safety meetings.
Candidates should bring a strong understanding of construction processes in the energy sector. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Amsio, and Primavera are essential.
Field experience around pipeline, mechanical/piping or civil construction, along with knowledge of WIP forecasting and construction scheduling, cost controls will be considered strong assets.
