JOB OBJECTIVE:
FX is seeking reliable, self-motivated experienced Admin & Purchasing specialist to manage overseas procurement, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support administrative tasks. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, and administrative roles.
· Working knowledge of cabinet industry is preferred.
· Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools.
· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem solving skills are a must.
· English proficiency required (Ability to write and speak Chinese is MUST).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
· Purchasing & Supplier Management: Handle local and overseas orders, negotiate cost-effective contracts, and maintain purchase records.
· Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct quality checks, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
· Product Development & Coordination: Support product development and ensure seamless communication with warehouse and sales teams.
· AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline procurement processes, analyze inventory trends, and assist with data-driven decision-making.
· Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks and ensure procurement compliance.
