Responsibilities: Melakukan verifikasi hasil sortir, perhitungan, dan serah terima barang retur (Customer Return maupun Return to Supplier) yang dilakukan oleh operator. Melakukan input dan update data transaksi retur pada sistem WMS sesuai hasil verifikasi yang telah disetujui oleh tim terkait (QC / Costing / Finance). Melakukan monitoring dan verifikasi data Customer Complaint yang dilaporkan oleh tim Customer Service sebagai dasar proses penanganan retur. Menyusun dan mengelola laporan hasil sortir, perhitungan, serta verifikasi barang retur untuk disampaikan kepada tim terkait (Costing, Finance, dan Supply Chain). Menerbitkan dokumen pendukung proses retur seperti surat jalan dan dokumen administrasi lainnya. Melakukan koordinasi dan komunikasi melalui email kepada pihak internal maupun supplier terkait proses retur barang. Mengolah data dan menyusun laporan terkait klaim reject packaging material atau Finished Goods yang diretur. Melakukan monitoring dan follow up kepada pihak terkait atas tindak lanjut penanganan barang retur hingga proses selesai (termasuk disposal apabila diperlukan). Requirements: Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, lebih disukai D3/S1 dari semua jurusan. Pria/Wanita, sehat jasmani dan rohani. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin, Data Entry, Admin Quality Control atau posisi administrasi lainnya menjadi nilai tambah. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan sistem administrasi/data entry dengan baik. Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi dalam verifikasi data dan pengolahan dokumen. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk koordinasi dengan tim internal maupun eksternal. Mampu bekerja secara teliti, rapi, dan terorganisir dalam pengelolaan data dan laporan. Responsibilities
