Trend Land Real Estate is a dynamic property agency specializing in sales, rentals, and investments across Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, provide support to the sales team, manage records, and ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Manage and organize property listings on portals and company database
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling viewings and coordinating with brokers
  • Maintain accurate filing and record systems
  • Perform general administrative duties to support management and the sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Real estate experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be based in Dubai
