Responsibilities
  • Managed daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing property documents (MOUs, Title Deeds, Tenancy Contracts).
  • Coordinated with DLD, RERA, and Ejari platforms to process property registrations, renewals, and transactions.
  • Supported the HR team in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining updated staff records as per UAE Labor Law.
  • Oversaw visa applications, renewals, and Emirates ID processing in coordination with PRO services.
