JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative to provide administrative and executive support our team. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of executive tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, job order and purchasing.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Maintain office records, filling systems, and database.
  • Assist in financial administration, such as budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the executive team.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working in industrial, and printing filed will be advantage.
