JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and young executive to manage the office and support the operations of the company including some HR work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business or Office Management or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in office management and/or sales support role;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Willing to learn and work hard.

• Report to the CEO or a Senior Executive designated by the CEO;
• Manage the Office and liasie with external service providers such as the accounting firm, the office cleaner and delivery and transport companies
• Arrange meetings for the CEO and take minutes of weekly meeting
• Keep track of leave application of staff
• Support the Production and Tech Support to obtain quotations, produce and delivery of robots
• Arrange for travels of staff
