We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales growth. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives while fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in customer support roles.
  • Administrative experience including data entry, typing, proofreading, and clerical tasks.
  • Previous experience in janitorial cleaning, sales or office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.

Responsibilities
  • Managing & Processing projects Accounts receivables and Accounts payables
  • Complete all Job Billing functions, including reviewing and reconciling all Time and Material data sheets, Supplier invoices, and data sheets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and clerical duties as needed.
  • Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant applications for efficient operations.
  • Manage front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
