County Town Homes – the open market sales arm of Housing Plus Group – is looking for an Admin Sales Progressor to help deliver our growing portfolio of quality new homes across South Staffordshire to work on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.

Responsibilities

As a critical player in our dynamic sales team, you will:

  • Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Assist in managing the customer journey from initial lead through to home handover
  • Be a key liaison for purchasers, supporting their queries and guiding them through the sale process
  • Maintain accurate records for all plot sales within internal systems
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures and online web content updates
  • Previous new homes sales experience (desirable)
  • Oversee the conveyancing process through to key handover in partnership with the Sales Team
  • Hours of work for the role; Monday to Friday. Please note, Monday and Thursday working hours to be worked in the onsite Sales Office, the rest working from home.
