The Administrative Secretary assists the senior leadership team by providing required administrative support services and relieving the executives of routine administrative duties. A thorough knowledge of the practices, policies, procedures and programs of the credit union is desired. No evenings or weekends! Responsibilities of the position: Produce and assemble various credit union reports for management personnel Professionally answer telephone calls, providing appropriate information or forwarding as needed Maintain corporate files: creating new folders, scanning and filing contracts/agreements Schedule and set-up WebEx meetings, teleconferences and webinars as requested Administer employee/official corporate Visa cards Order business cards and forms. Coordinates supply orders for the administrative department Requirements Requirements of the position: Possess the ability to prioritize and complete assigned work within specified timeframes. Effectively follow written and verbal instructions Maintain confidentiality of records and information Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Access Database Experience preparing meeting agendas and accurately recording and distributing meeting minutes One-year certification from college or technical school in Secretarial Science or 3+ years related experience
