JOB DESCRIPTION - ADMIN SECRETARY (LOCATION : DUBAI)

The Admin Secretary will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s business development activities. The role focuses on identifying and engaging with potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn, coordinating communication, and scheduling meetings. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate smooth operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or secretarial roles.
  • Prior experience using LinkedIn for professional networking is a plus.

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

4. SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities.
