We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Ignis.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing service operations, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and supporting our commitment to workplace safety. This position is based in Solihull.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
