Haystack is on the lookout for a full-time Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team, based at our Swansea city centre office. This is a varied role for someone who is organised, creative, and ready to take ownership of both behind-the-scenes admin and our online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and updating diaries for the Owner and Operations Manager.
  • Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Creating and editing TikToks and other social media content to showcase the Haystack brand.
  • Supporting with scheduling, organisation, and communication across the team.
  • Getting involved in other projects as needed – no two days are the same!
