Join us to shape the future of digital solutions across Asia and beyond! Key Contributions Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory. Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and fully functional. Manage and coordinate with external vendors for essential services. Handle vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order processing. Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, corporate events, and other company activities. In charge of employee engagement initiatives (team-building, events, recognition) Administer attendance tracking, welfare programs, and logistics for employee engagement activities. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring completion of documentation and clearance procedures. Monitor and manage administrative budgets and cost efficiency Maintain accurate administrative records, contracts, and licenses. Support compliance processes related to legal work permits and visa renewals. Assist in scheduling meetings, business travel arrangements, and organizing accommodations for employees and visitors. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-4 years of experience in Admin or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with automation tools is an advantage. Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong planning, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
