Your role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Administrator to support our site leadership team. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing thoughtful administrative support, facilitating communication, and assisting to ensure employee satisfaction in the admin part (meals, transportation, activities, etc.) Document maintenance and management Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Director and management team. Arrange meetings, manage schedules, and assist with calendar coordination. Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and support follow-up on action items. Assist in drafting emails, reports, and basic presentation materials. Coordination & Communication Support communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Help coordinate internal meetings and cross-functional activities. Assist in handling visitors, including customers, HQ staff, and external partners. Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and town halls. Documentation & Filing Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy). Assist in document preparation and basic document control. Ensure documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve. Audit & General Support Provide administrative assistance during audits or site visits. Help prepare documents and coordinate schedules for internal and external reviews. Support general office needs, including supplies and administrative coordination. EHS & Office Support (Basic) Assist in coordinating safety meetings and internal communications. Support EHS-related administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain a safe and well-organized office environment. Who you are: Bachelor degree or above 2–5 years of administrative or secretary experience (manufacturing experience is a plus) Basic understanding of administrative processes or document handling Experience supporting meetings or events Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Positive attitude with a willingness to support others What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
