Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality Job Description As Admin Specialist you will be responsible for administrative support of QIMA in Vietnam region and report to Admin Leader. Key Responsibilities: • Handle phone calls and welcome guests in reception with professional manner • Manage office cleaning and maintenance, ensure a clean and safe office environment. • In charge of supplier’s selection & management, contracts negotiation, procurement, et • Assist on entry and exit of the staff from admin side • Supervise the receipt and delivery of courier • Manage payments promptly, dealing with petty cash, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes • Support on flights & hotel bookings for QIMA Vietnam staffs and Front-end staffs in Vietnam when needed per their work requirement. • Responsible for the issuement of all business visa, work-permit and temporary residence card (TRC) of all staffs in & out of Vietnam • In-charge of tools' allocation for Front-end employees in Vietnam (include laptops, uniforms, badges, etc) • Undertake other administrative tasks assigned by direct leader/manager. Qualifications Skills & Abilities: In order to succeed in this role, you should have: Good command of English Good use of MS office Good communication skills, can-do attitude Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related fields Minimum of 6 months – 1 year of experience in Administration.
