JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin & Staff Coordinator to manage administrative operations and support a large blue-collar workforce. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, possess strong system knowledge, and have prior UAE experience, particularly in handling employee coordination, onboarding, and documentation.

EXPERIENCE:

3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Minimum 1–2 years handling blue-collar workforce
Prior experience in Admin & Coordination roles

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with any database system
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Additional Preferences:
  • UAE Driving License is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
