Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address customer’s inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on services offered.
  • Manage costumer appointments, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including customer information, service history, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Coordinate service appointments with technicians and customer.
  • Monitor and update service center’s daily schedule.
  • Prepare and generate reports on service center performance as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Meycauayan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
