Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle staff expense claims and process related payments promptly
  • Manage staff insurance matters and maintain accurate leave records and other HR matters
  • Organize and support company events, staff gatherings, and team-building activities
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained
  • Answer phone call, attend to visitors, arrange courier services etc
  • Support day-to-day operations and assist various departments when needed
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management,

Requirements:

  • On hand training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word etc
  • Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
