Responsibilities: Ringkasan Pekerjaan** Bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung operasional toko sehari-hari melalui tugas-tugas administratif dan memastikan kelancaran alur kerja di PT Padang Raya Cakrawala. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan** * Melakukan entri data yang akurat dan tepat waktu untuk inventaris, penjualan, dan informasi pelanggan. * Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen-dokumen penting toko, termasuk faktur, tanda terima, dan laporan. * Membantu dalam persiapan laporan penjualan dan kinerja toko. * Mengelola stok persediaan alat tulis dan perlengkapan kantor. * Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja toko. * Berkomunikasi dengan vendor dan pemasok untuk koordinasi pengiriman dan pemesanan. * Memberikan dukungan administratif umum kepada staf toko dan manajemen. * Membantu dalam proses penerimaan dan pengiriman barang. Kualifikasi Pekerjaan** * Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat. * Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di posisi administratif atau terkait, diutamakan di lingkungan ritel. * Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Memiliki keterampilan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik. * Teliti, akurat, dan memiliki perhatian terhadap detail. * Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim. * Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. * Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
