Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as support for administrative operations that support backend and sales functions. If you enjoy variety, online-based tasks, and learning new tools, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business. Maintain and update internal systems, online platforms, and shared documents. Assist with data entry, pricing, inventory and follow-up tasks. Support research tasks and gather information online as needed. Help organize digital files, reports, and records to keep workflows running efficiently. Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Assist with basic inventory or bookkeeping tasks (training provided). Must-Have Qualities: Strong administrative foundation and excellent attention to detail. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Software Proficiency: Experience with Excel, Shopify, Canva, and HubSpot. Digital Smarts: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and strong online research skills.
