Responsibilities
  • The role is a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC).
  • Process customer claims based on agreed commercial terms from validation to customer payment in a timely manner.
  • Track requests status and communicate to relevant colleagues the status and timelines of request.
  • Process ambassadorial invoices and work with Education and Marketing to track and manage resolution times.
  • Support department and business administration tasks.
  • Provide cover for other members of Business Intelligence team when required.
  • Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments.
  • Support across all department processes.
  • Propose and implement business process improvements.
