  1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  2. Prepare and dispatch authorization letters from relevant government authorities, and follow up with clients to obtain signatures and complete necessary details.
  3. Monitor, update, and report on the status of projects.
  4. Arrange for plan purchases from government authorities.
  5. Provide certified true copies of approved plans and promptly send approvals to clients.
  6. Follow up with authorities on the status of approvals.
  7. Respond to incoming calls, offering guidance or appropriately directing inquiries to the relevant personnel.
  8. Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
  9. Prepare submission documents such as submission forms and submit applications via e-corenet.
  10. Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively as a team player.
  11. Demonstrated ability as a fast learner.
  12. Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages for effective communication.
  13. Proficiency in dialect communication will be considered an additional advantage.
