JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will be quick-thinking and able to use their initiative in all situations. They should be adaptable and responsive to the changing priorities of the service, as these can shift suddenly.

  • Scheduling and cancelling appointments via phone
  • Responding to emails
  • Managing internal and external post
  • Providing reception cover when needed
  • Assisting the clinical team with queries
  • Additionally, you may be asked to support with some typing tasks.
  • Previous experience in administration is essential, preferably within an NHS setting, though this is not mandatory.
