Job Title: Admin Support
Location: Southport
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday (Flexible)
Trust Location: Southport and Formby District General Hospital, Town lane, Southport, PR8 6PN
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
· Previous administrative experience
· Undertake administration functions for the department, such as scanning, photocopying, filing, and any other adhoc administrative tasks.
· Resolve routine telephone enquiries from members of the public, staff etc., take messages and re-direct callers.
· Responsible for dealing with enquiries from Clerical and Secretarial staff, Medical and Nursing staff, other Trust personnel and general enquiries from patients and members of the public over the phone.
· Support written communication to patients.
