At United for Care, we empower people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style homes, In-home support, and Community participation programs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised Admin Support Officer to join our Support Office team. This role is based in our Sydney CBD office, just a short walk from Town Hall, Central, and Museum stations, this is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week).
You’ll work closely with three of our senior leaders including the CEOs of UFC and CARED – helping them stay on track with meetings, projects, onboarding, and internal coordination.

This is not a traditional EA role. The focus is on admin support, basic diary/email management, and hands-on project follow-ups – ideal for someone who’s switched on, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Calendar and inbox support (mainly for the CEOs of UFC and CARED)
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team operate efficiently across departments
  • Preparing and managing admin templates, processes, and documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding tasks (e.g. IT setup, access requests)
  • Liaising across departments to help keep projects running smoothly
  • Following instructions from IT to troubleshoot basics (e.g. reset laptops)
  • Staying on top of details and driving things to completion
