Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our clients team. In this role, you’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly - supporting procurement, stock control, contractor coordination, compliance documentation, and general admin tasks. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to make sure everything stays on track and well-documented.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raise and manage purchase orders using Baseware
  • Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely arrival
  • Reconcile invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
  • Monitor and manage stock levels and third-party stock
  • Arrange deliveries and allocate stock to specific projects or sites
  • Upload and manage documentation in internal systems (e.g. ACC)
  • Chase missing paperwork from contractors or suppliers
  • Maintain team and contractor schedules; coordinate logistics
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, reporting, and data entry
