Provides administrative and account servicing support to brokers:
1. Generate renewal listings from system and distribute to brokers
2. Download renewal notice via e-portal and distribute to clients
3. Generate insurance quotations, via e-portals or manual
4. Attend to clients’ queries, e.g. quotation, renewal confirmation, amendment of policies, claim
5. Follow-up with Insurers on cover notes, renewal, endorsements and other insurance related;
6. Billing
7. Follow-up on outstanding premium with clients ensure premium is paid within 60 days
8. Update and maintain databases
9. General administrative duties, e.g. mails, stationary, answering phone
10. All other adhoc tasks/responsibilities assigned
Requirements
1. “O’” levels or Polytechnic graduates;
2. At least 1 year relevant working experience;
3. Insurance qualification would be an advantage;
4. Meticulous, attentive to details and independent contributor;
5. Possess good follow-up skills
6. Good paperwork organisation skills
7. Team player
8. Good communication skill
