Join The Nelson Trust as the Team Lead Administrator and play a vital role in supporting effective reporting across our women’s centres in Wales.
The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of a team of administration staff and for ensuring that the data we hold about our clients and projects is of excellent quality, our reporting and data intelligence is responsive and accurate. Additionally, the post holder will help set up and maintain effective administrative systems within the team, have the ability to produce impactful reports and support our mission to empower women.
If you are driven and passionate about working within a women-centred support service which advocates for systems change, we want to hear from you. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to manage a wide range of duties. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical and IT skills, and skilled in the use of Microsoft packages and a proven capacity to manage detailed processes.
You will work with the Data Quality team to contribute to overall Data Quality Assurance for the Nelson Trust Women’s Community Services and maintain and develop close working relationships with other NT teams to ensure administrative processes are known, supported, developed and implemented as necessary to the overall Trust operation
There will be an expectation to travel regularly visiting our women’s centres in South Wales to provide support and eventually training for the rest of the admin team.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) as it involves access to vulnerable adults and/or children and successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced level Disclosure & Barring Service Check.
