Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manage the Allied Therapy Services admin team and all of the activities and tasks they’re responsible for. Our admin team is our engine, the tasks and responsibilities they have are very important in the smooth running of our services. On top of performing the Team Leader role, it’s expected the successful applicant will also perform some general administrative duties, (the number of hours for this part of the role is negotiable).

  • There is the option to work from home, and there is flexibility around when the Team Leader tasks can be completed.
  • Support will be provided to develop you as a leader in the form of a Professional Development allowance and mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of team, for example roster and leave management.
  • Monitor completion of tasks and activities and ensure completed to a high standard.
  • Team member education and up-skilling where required.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team culture.
  • Monitor systems and provide suggestions for improvement or increased efficiencies.
  • Problem solve issues when they arise.
  • Monitor metrics to determine if increased admin hours are required, (for example referral numbers, admin task requests).
  • Lead role in recruitment and on-boarding of new admin team members.
  • Develop policies, procedures and other resources relevant to the admin team.
  • Other duties as required by the Allied Therapy Services Director.
