Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor team performance
  • Conduct live audits of team members’ work
  • Involved in day-to-day logistics tasks
  • Document all logistics processes and update documentation when changes occur
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members
  • Manage the scheduling and prioritisation to meet operational deadlines
  • Act as the first point of escalation for logistics-related issues
  • Liaise with the Assessment Quality Assurance Manager to report on performance, risks, and improvements
  • Oversee the handling of:
  • Certificate printing and dispatch for endorsed and regulated qualifications.
  • Paper-based exam requests and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manual orders and courier coordination.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
    · Ensure data tasks are completed on time with accuracy
