Adroit Immigration Services is a leading consultancy company specializing in Study Visa / Work Visa / Visit Visa & PR. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin + tele sales to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in immigration is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s operations.
