Position title : Admin assistant
Location: 17 Tuas View Loop, Singapore 637683(
Transport pick up at woodlands, Pioneer, Clementi and Jurong
Drop off joo koon)
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working hours : 5 days work week, 8am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and job-related parts, ensuring timely availability.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and printing.
