Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description - Provide administration support to the Data Centre Regional Teams across Asia, including both the regional leadership and the respective country leadership teams. - Support with the preparation of both internal and external documentation, such as periodic client review slides, bid/tender documents and/or meeting minutes. - Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for teams. - Schedule and organize meetings and follow up on action items. - Act as a focal point of contact between cross-functional markets units to ensure smooth information flow. - Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
