Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Warehouse to support daily warehouse operations through accurate and timely administrative processes. This role is responsible for data entry, inventory tracking, document control, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and service standards. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry of inbound and outbound goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain organized and up-to-date records of delivery notes, stock cards, and other warehouse documents. Assist in stock opname and inventory reconciliation activities. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports for internal and client purposes. Coordinate with Warehouse Operators and Supervisors to ensure timely and accurate recording of operational activities. Support audit and compliance processes by ensuring all required documents are complete and properly archived. Communicate with Customer Service or clients regarding discrepancies or required documentation. Requirements Bachelors Degree (S1) in Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a similar position or industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good organizational and documentation skills. Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with WMS is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
