REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role covering document control, administration, or welfare supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree requirement in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in construction, engineering, or related industry.
  • Familiarity with document control software or systems.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards related to employee welfare.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Welfare Supervision Duties:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee welfare-related concerns.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace environment.
  • Assist in organizing welfare activities and initiatives to promote employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with HR to address welfare issues and implement improvements.
