Role Description The Administration role at Forsythes Training is a full-time, on-site position based in Maitland, NSW. The role involves providing administrative support for training programs, including managing course bookings, maintaining learner records, preparing training materials, and assisting with reporting and compliance documentation. Daily tasks include answering inquiries from clients and participants, coordinating schedules and room bookings, updating databases and spreadsheets, and supporting trainers with logistics. The administrator also assists with invoicing, basic financial processing, and document management to ensure smooth delivery of corporate training services. Collaboration with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders is essential to maintain high service standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, records management, and document control.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry in CRM or learning management systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for responding to client and learner inquiries and preparing professional correspondence.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling enrolments, reporting, compliance documentation, and basic financial processes.
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Maitland, NSW, while collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in an education, training, or corporate services environment is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
