We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized Administrator to join our JBA Group Operations Division. This varied role involves collaborative work with colleagues to ensure that all administration is kept up to date across the Staff Administration team. We are ideally looking for someone on a part-time basis, who can work around 25 hours a week.

Responsibilities

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE WILL BE:

  • Providing administration assistance to the Staff Administration Team, including Payroll.
  • Assisting with all employee-related documentation.
  • Helping to keep our HR database accurate and up to date.
  • Filing documents to our online HR system.
  • General staff and payroll-related administration tasks.
  • Provide cover for general office duties.
    The team member we are looking for:
    The right candidate will have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.

We are looking for applicants who have a love of numbers, and have solid experience with administration duties and databases, who can demonstrate:

  • accuracy and attention to detail;
  • reliability and organisation;
  • effective communication skills;
  • ability to multitask and work independently;
  • an appetite to learn new computer packages;
  • enjoys working in an office environment.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THE ROLE:

The right candidate will have:

  • Solid computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • Good sense of organisation and the ability to plan and prioritise their own work.
  • An ability to update databases from data entry to system settings.

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES FOR THE ROLE:

Ideally, the candidate will have a basic working knowledge of payroll or finance-based administration.
