COMPÉTENCES ET EXPERIENCE REQUISES :

  • Expérience en administration de Microsoft Intune
  • Solide expérience avec Azure Active Directory et Active Directory local
  • Expérience avec Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO et les environnements d’identité hybride
  • Maîtrise des rôles Azure AD et de la gestion RBAC (contrôle d’accès basé sur les rôles)
  • Maîtrise de PowerShell et d’autres langages de script pour l’automatisation
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Azure & On-Premises Administrator to work on the consolidation of multiple Azure AD tenants and on-premises domains into a unified, secure, and scalable domain. This role requires experience in Cloud administration, Active Directory (AD), and domain migration best practices. You will play a crucial role in the users, devices and applications migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and strengthening our cloud infrastructure.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of Intune administration
  • Proven experience in Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
  • Experience in Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SSO, and hybrid identity environments.
  • Experience with Azure AD roles and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) management.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and Azure resource management.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver on technical projects.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assess Consolidation Strategy:

  • Analyze the existing Azure AD tenants and on-premises domains architecture.
  • Identify potential risks

Azure AD & On-Premises Integration:

  • Integration of on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD through tools like Azure AD Connect.
  • Ensure seamless hybrid identity and SSO (Single Sign-On) implementation for end users.

Migration & Consolidation Execution:

  • Implement the migration of users, groups, policies, applications, and devices into the consolidated domain.
  • Migrate on-premises workloads and resources into the Azure cloud as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and security during the migration process.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement best practices in identity management, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the unified domain.

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with the IT team, cloud architects, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of the new environment, including architecture diagrams, security policies, and operational guidelines.

Post-Migration Support:

  • Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Train internal IT staff on managing the consolidated domain.
