Job title: ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST Location: Madrid, Spain Job reference #: 33426 Contract type: Permanent Language requirements: Native-level Spanish and a very good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or Italian is a plus Plenitude Renewables Spain is expanding its Finance Department with the incorporation of an Administration & Accounting Specialist at its headquarters in Madrid. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, the successful candidate will be involved in accounting and administrative operations and support the company’s financial processes. About Plenitude Plenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team. This partnership represents a major European project integrating the renewable energy business with the retail business, which will enable us to progressively increase our offering of services, infrastructure, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater visibility and professional growth. Main responsibilities: * Day-to-day accounting for Plenitude Renewables’ different companies/entities * Administrative management of the different companies, including document archiving and expense report filing * Preparation and presentation of annual financial statements * Support in the audit process for the different companies under management * Management of accounts receivable and payable * Bank statement reconciliations * Execution of payments * Reporting to and ensuring compliance with headquarters Skills and experience required: * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or higher education in Administration or Accounting * Significant experience in Spanish financial departments, with knowledge of Spanish laws, taxes, and local GAAP accounting * Knowledge of SAP * Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel * Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and IFRS/GAAP is a plus * Native-level Spanish and a very good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or Italian is a plus * Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions * Reliable, task-oriented, and proactive team player with strong communication skills How to apply: * Applications are only accepted through our online application system * Please upload your CV in English About Eni Eni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
