JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A completed MBO4 or HBO degree.
  • Previous experience (1–2 years) in financial administration.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Dutch tax legislation and legal audits.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Adaptable and open to learning.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the accounting in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration and bank processing.
  • Preparing reports for both internal use and for the head office.
  • Preparing and setting up weekly payments.
  • Preparing documents for internal and external audits.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and proactively following up on KPIs.
  • Preparing and analyzing periodic reports and annual figures.
  • Assisting with other ad hoc tasks assigned by management and the financial management of the head office.
  • Assist the HR Manager in maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and documentation.
