Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to provide administration and customer service support at our Kalgoorlie branch. This is a full-time permanent role , Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm . You will help the team run smoothly by handling customer enquiries, data entry, and general office tasks using systems like Salesforce and iTrack (training provided).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Complete data entry and admin tasks accurately
  • Support operations and administration team with daily tasks
  • Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records
  • Perform reception duties as needed
