As Technician administration and sales support, you’ll play a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of submissions and orders for the Student Residence and Alternative markets. You’ll be responsible for gathering all necessary information to process orders for manufactured products, keeping internal systems up to date, and helping drive efficient, high-quality proposals. Your attention to detail and coordination skills will directly support our business growth and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management or project coordination role;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required – English proficiency will be tested during the hiring process;
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset;
  • Logical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to team success.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and compile client requests provided by the sales team;
  • Keep information and internal systems up to date;
  • Prepare submissions within established deadlines;
  • Prepare and share relevant information with all concerned parties;
  • Support the sales team during the pre-sales process;
  • Ensure product availability;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
