ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reynolds is expanding, and we’re looking for a friendly and organised Administration and Showroom Assistant to join our growing team in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Whether you’re an experienced administrator or someone looking to start a new challenge with a willingness to learn, this could be the perfect fit for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Process orders from our software into the factory
  • Handle invoicing and complete job tasks on a daily basis
  • Assist customers who visit the showroom and on the telephone
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Post payments accurately
  • Support management and the sales team
  • General Housekeeping
  • Respond to customer feedback in a helpful, professional manner
