Blossom Group is a residential community for children, teenagers, and adults diagnosed with complex special needs. We support people with Autism, cognitive and development disabilities, and comorbid mental health needs including mood and anxiety disorders. Working as part of a collaborative administrative team and reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Administration and Workflow Associate advances our mission and vision to provide a supportive and caring environment and to support our clients to reach their full potential using a person centered model to respond to each client’s specific education, social, behavioural and recreational needs.

Blossom Group is a CARE based organization that provides therapeutic live in programs, we support children, youth, and adults through a range of cognitive, social, and emotional issues, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, neurobiological and developmental disabilities, and those with coexisting mental health and behavioural issues. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within healthcare, social services, or multi-site organizations.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Tasks,
  • Experience creating Microsoft Word Forms, Adobe Editable PDF, Excel, Mail Merge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize a dynamic workload.
  • Experience with privacy regulations and handling confidential information is an asset.
