Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent and organized Administration Assistant to support our teams and contribute to the seamless operation of daily activities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring effective communication and efficient management of office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and maintaining office records. Assist with preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, and presentation materials with accuracy and professionalism. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately and responding when needed. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Coordinate logistics for departmental events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required. Manage office supplies inventory and initiate purchase orders when necessary. Support team members in completing special projects and administrative tasks to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
