As an Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our office running smoothly. The Administration Assistant will support both the Administration and HR Teams in the London office.
You will handle general office administration duties such as managing meeting room requests, greeting office visitors, supporting with travel and office supply requests, answering phone calls, and managing emails. You will also log supplier invoices and distribute to the relevant departments, ensuring that our payments run smoothly. Additionally, you will provide valuable administration support to our HR team, providing administration support for HR related projects whilst always maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.
