SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £29,000 to £34,000 negotiable, depending on experience
  • Profit sharing scheme
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

    Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

    Role: This will be a dynamic and exciting role, involving assisting the Branch Manager with all administrative tasks within the branch

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in business administration or office management
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Understanding of credit control procedures
  • High standard of English and Mathematics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive, hardworking, and adaptable attitude
Responsibilities
  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the administrative department
  • Coordinating communication between administrative staff and senior management
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functioning
  • Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control activities
  • Performing other related administrative and financial duties as assigned
